Rosemary Amrhein is the author of five books on sale on amazon.com under her name Rosemary Amrhein. The books are: Writing and Photography (poetry), Love From the Heart (love poems), I am the Butterfly (inspirational poems), The Road to Mental Health (self help), and Life After Lithium (a non fiction tale of my experience with a diagnosis of bipolar.)

 

I just wanted to leave some information here about the books, so you have a better idea of which one you may want to read.

Writing and Photography" has a lot of photos and poems, and is available in soft cover or hard cover. It has color photos and designs. It's a nice "coffee table book" to display for guests.

​

The 2rd book is "The Road to Mental Health". Currently, the price is very low on Amazon. It explains in as simple language as possible, how to navigate the mental health system and how to support your loved one who has mental illness. Filled with practical tips and advice from first-hand experience. It also has some poetry and a chapter that explains how spirituality helps as a coping skill.

The 3rd book and 4th books are poetry books: "Love From the Heart" and "I Am the Butterfly" They are basically parts one and two of what would be a thicker book. The poetry is easy to understand and has a lot of feeling. I enjoy poems so I find them enjoyable. The poems are simple and relatable. They focus a lot on inspiration, love, and nature.

The 5th book and most recent is "Life After Lithium".  I wrote about my experience of being on lithium for almost 20 years. I wrote about getting off lithium and how I felt better after. It's a detailed account of how lithium affected my mind/brain, and the side effects, and what I did to recover and become more healthy (a variety of coping skills.)
